Our Programs

We have created a comprehensive support ecosystem for one of life’s biggest transitions that alchemizes grief through creativity and ritual. You can choose one, several, or all of the offerings based on your needs.

The Academy of Living and Dying is structured around three progressive containers to face Death.

Together, these offerings guide participants through the full arc of the death journey:
preparing for death, getting the support of a death doula for the moment of transitioning, and providing integrative grief support for those left behind.

  1. Preparation for Death

The Art of Dying is a 3-month online container designed to support individuals in preparing for death with intention and peace, with the practices taught in the Tibetan Book of The Dead.

Whether you are facing mortality or simply choosing to be ready for the inevitable, this journey helps you bring your emotional, spiritual, and practical affairs into alignment- so that when the moment comes, you can meet it with clarity, not chaos.

This is about completing life well, prepared and facing death, prepared.

2. Death Doula Accompaniment

In-person support where your chosen death doula becomes a steady, loving presence in the final moments of life—so you feel held, cared for, and at peace, even when fear arises.

This is the moment you have been preparing for. We are there to gently guide you back to center, supporting you to meet death with presence, dignity, and trust in applying and to apply the practices you’ve cultivated.

This is for you if you or a loved one is nearing death and you desire a guardian Angel and heart-centered presence by their/your side.

What People Are Saying

“I entered this journey at one of the most fragile moments of my life, when everything felt uncertain and time felt thin. What unfolded was not therapy, not coaching, but a profound remembering. Gabrielle’s Art of Dying Container guided me to places of clarity and peace I didn’t know I had access to, even in the face of mortality. I now live with a steadiness, gratitude, and inner fire that continues to shape every choice I make. This work changed how I live—and how I will one day die.”

“I wasn’t sick. I wasn’t at the end of my life. I came to this work because I realized I had been avoiding death—and it was obvious in my divorce. I just couldn’t let go.  By extension, by not knowing how to die well, i was missing out on life. What Gabrielle offered was an incredibly grounded way of relating to impermanence that changed how I live every single day. I now make decisions with clarity, speak with honesty, and waste far less time. Preparing for death unexpectedly taught me how to live well.“

“I have always suffered anxiety. Its as if i was carrying a quiet dread I couldn’t name, the sense that something bad was always going to happen. My friend guided me to work with the Academy of Living and Dying, and through this work, I learned how to sit with uncertainty without needing to escape it. The guidance is steady, intelligent, and deeply human. I didn’t come seeking answers about dying but I left with a relationship to life that feels honest.“
-Carolina A., 33

“My mother was dying. Watching her die prepared and in peace was the best gift I could give her. The Academy now provides my family and I with grief support even after mom has passed and I feel that she is taking care of us from beyond”.
-Riley D, 28
